Please help me think of survey questions for this customer...

Hey guys, I just reached my target price for my muse item for the preliminary Ebay testing phase. It was a reserve-priced listing, and there were 9 bids on my product but they were all from one guy. Seems like this guy has a really high demand for this kind of product and I'm sure there's others like him.

By the way, EZ Regen is a pair of strategically-oriented magnet rings worn during sleep for easy weight loss and improved immune system. I tested the product in the Ebay category *Health & Beauty > * Natural & Homeopathic Remedies > * Other.

So my plan is to survey him to find out more about this niche market I'm dealing with. My request to you guys is to help me brainstorm some survey questions to ask this man so with the answers I can get a good picture of the demographic and characteristics of the members of this niche market.

like should I ask...
"what's your ethnicity?"
"income level?"
"hobbies?"
"what motivated you to bid on my product?"
etc.?
