Internet muse with no web dev or prog. knowledge

Hi All
So I have a great muse in the wiki, social networking vein but no useable knowledge for building such a site or program. I am looking for a partner with this ability to build this muse. It promises to be something huge based on the preliminary marketing I have done. My speciality is the marketing and sales. PM me if you prefer.

We have some web developers/designers who are on these forums, but why look for a partner to build the site? You can pay a web design company to implement what you are talking about and then get a basic program to manage the site and enter new content(Adobe Contribute is good). It's a lot less risky doing it that way.

Honestly, this is one of my many muses, albeit, a nice juicy one, I have my fingers in a few other pies and I would like to share. And if someone on here is capable, they are already in the same mindset and it could prove easier than trying to work with a company online.
But on the same hand if you have information on who to contact to develop such a program I am not opposed to looking into it.
What I am looking to do is not just a website, it is more in the peer networking vein. I have a few websites I have set up with and without templates, what i need is programming.
