Heya. Ice breaker - what action have you taken so far with regards to lifestyle design? Any stories to share or are you still reading the book?

new here also just picked up the audio book for my commutes. Very interesting. So far its "too good to be true" kind of book. but i love it. I already started on things like making eye contact and not letting anyone use my time unwisely i.e picking up the phone when someone walks in.
