Since this is my first post, I want to say thanks to Tim for writing an amazing book and setting up this great website and to everyone else who has contributed to the site. It has been a source of great inspiration for me.
So, I read the book, the blog, and now tonight, a ton of the forums; the next edition is on preorder for December.
I am in the process of planning my first business venture and am looking for a good product to start selling exclusively online (possibly through print magazines as well). I (like so many others) want to Doug Price the first business (i.e. sell existing, exclusive, high-end products to a well defined niche via drop shipping). The only problem is, the book tells a great story about Doug and prosoundeffects, but neither the book nor the website has any info (as far as I can tell so far) about how Doug got his exclusivity agreement (Doug, that's the next book I want to read btw if you're reading this post;). I would greatly appreciate any information you might have about how Doug did this and/or your own stories of success/failure in this area.
