Hi all - brand new to the forum (but long time follower/reader of Tim and others) ...
Here's what I'm trying to do so anyone who's got good answers or advice please chime in with anything helpful - (and thanks in advance)...
1. Create a virtual presence - but what appears to be a fairly decent "Fortune 500" website that is technology based in it's industry.
2. I need "formlessness" which means I plan on creating an LLC - but need a street address (so my question here is - I want to form an LLC in Wyoming or Nevada or whatever is good - any suggestions let me know) (also - can an LLC say "Jones Corporation" at the bottom or must it say "Jones LLC"? I know nobody can give legal advice - just wondering if anyone knows off hand? I would think saying "Corporation" is okay because it is, in fact, a corporation.)
3. Formelssness, continued: I don't want my name leaving footprints online - therefore the need for the LLC - but also - as Tim suggested, I need a street address (can't use my place for obvious reasons)... so If the LLC is formed in another state - and I have an address somewhere else - can - or should I combine the call center, LLC formation, and all of this into the same place - Wyoming? Or should I have a New York street address? All of which can easily be done with many virtual address companies out there - and here are a few...
www.earthclassmail.com
www.my1voice.com
..and of course Tim's suggested:
www.angel.com
...my question is - what has anyone had experience with?
I have lots of muses that I have setup ready to roll - but this whole "formlessness" thing I'm trying to do has stopped me cold ... and I don't want to throw money down a whole - or find myself trying to control something very unwieldy ...
Ulimately - I want - A/Ease of use, B/Simplicity, C/Control D/Formlessness with NO online footprints.
Can anyone tell me if the stuff I have mentioned is good enough for this - and is forming an LLC online a pain in the rear (and what do's an don'ts do you suggest in that? Adding on the registered agent thing for a few years for the LLC, etc.?)
Thanks to everyone in advance!
