VA recommendations?

Folks - I am on the market for a great (i.e., dependable and affordable) VA company to help me with:
1. Personal, time consuming tasks
2. Muse development and other "personal" business related tasks
3. Help with some basic administrative tasks for my actual day job

I contacted YMI.com, per 4HWW, but they sent my inquiry to GetFriday.com (their sister company?).

Does anyone have a recommendation on a good VA company? No one-man freelancers, please.
