Outsourcing - French

The ressources to find people/VAs/etc to outsource which are given in the book seem to be OK if you are looking for english-speaking service provvider. Does anybody have a good address about where to find equivalent for French language ? My business is about 95% in French - I know the big French companies outsource typically to : Morocco, Tunesia, Romania. We need people to handle technical inquiries and prepare quotations for technical products (i.e.: we need engineers). I used the usual sources (google, etc.) to do some research, I evwn contacted a Tunesian agency for exports - no results to date. Any idea ?

I'm not speaking from experience but, you may want to look into Canadian VA's. I know there's a couple of companies out there (one was mentioned in the book I believe) and I would imagine they have french VAs.
