Thanks for looking at it. I'm working on getting some more testimonials, good call. It's been difficult to get some without that many users.

Hi Rich, checked out your site too, very nice design, colors, layout, etc. I happened to click through on the join link to the sign-up form, but noticed when you click on the 'Home Page' or 'Back to TriMuscle' links from there, it either goes to a blank page or what appears to be an outdated home page. Check it out.
And, your Bulletin Board link does not access an active page, maybe either take that option off for now or have a different error message like "Under Construction" or something similar.

The bulletin board is for members only and you should have gotten an messgae to login to view, or something to that effect, right?
Thanks for the other comments, that piece is still in thew works.
Nice website!
Looks great, I understand what you are selling immediately, Everything feels well placed, I feel comfortable with what you propose.. I'd buy!

Hi Rich - I really like it too. My only suggestions:
-Put some more (column) space inbetween About the Coach and Testimonials, they are almost touching.
-Try putting the testimonials in bold?
-Can you link to the publications you have been featured in, or even better the feature articles themselves?
-fix NaturalPhysiques.com.com
-The "bullets" that start with "A customized training plan based upon your needs and goals, created by the Coach." - I like the way you alternate small and large type, but it bugs me that they do not exactly alternate - kwim?
That's it, good job!

thanks for the feedback..
The Articles I've written are in the Article section but perhaps I should link to them there....
I'm actually having a jazzy flash graphic done that highlights my "creds"
I don't know the alternating type you talking about..clarify...

Hm, it looks different at home on Safari than it did at work on ie6...but I think bullets 2 & 5 are in a larger font than the others?

separate the background from the rest. if you had two lines running down the content and then making it lighter or making the background darker it would look better.

I think Joomla is always a winner for managing and offering member oriented features. It also has a large based of developers and theme designers. Looks good!

Hi Rich- great site!
Very professional looking, and my favorite part is you are selling a your expertise, and you really are an expert :) For sure highlight your creds, as they are very very impressive.
I like the look of your page, but I think you can simplify your menu as well and combine a few things... Maybe:
Home
The Tri-Muscle Program (how it works, the cost, ect. all here)
About Coach Rich
Resources (put all of the science, articles, here))
Members
Keep your home page a little shorter by maybe moving some of the info into other pages- although I would definitely keep the testimonials you have on the front, those are great.
Also, I enjoy your "sample" on the How it Works page.
Great work, I think you will have a very very successful business with this! Although, I'm not sure how you will automate it if you start getting hundreds of people who want personalized plans!!! :) Maybe you have secrets to that as well....

I like what the first subhead says. How about the second one having the same sort of question taking the visitor into the copy with something similar like:
How does the Tri Muscle program make you fast as hell?
Those subheads could also match the type that says "main menu". It's h3 in your style sheet. So I think if you tag that header with
<h3> Think all you need to reach your potential as a triathlete is endurance?<br><br>Think again. </h3>.
With joomla it's hard to get the url-friendly links to happen. It's a pain in the tail actually. But if you can get the url to display a title, it gets picked up in the organic searches. You have to go to your .htaccess file and change some code there. If you go to joomla forum, look up ".htaccess" or url friendly.
