Well I am making my muse, testing and such. While generating my many muse ideas I heard a commercial about Microsoft new search engine Bing and was wondering if anyone has used this or had any luck with advertising, I have not done any research on it yet.

It is pretty popular. It used to be called msn. On all my websites, it ranks after google, yahoo. I don't quite have a handle on their market yet. For instance, yahoo attracts a lot of financial people because they love the yahoo tools. It's also the "shoppers search engine". I'm not sure yet what bing is but it may be the "news lovers". AOL is definitely parents and people who are behind on technology.

Stats from one of my international websites.

75.93% Google
14.81% Yahoo!
7.41% bing
1.85% AOL

Bing is still so new at this point it really is better to leave it alone completely. Going after Google is the best plan. Get things optimized and working well for you, then tackle Bing after things settle down.

Chasing two rabbits is the best way to catch none.

Thanks, that helps. I was trying to do to many things at once.
