Hi everyone,
I've been running Usmile.ca for about 4 years now but have never really promoted it. This is a business I started while I was in university and I got the funding for it by winning a young entrepreneur competition in Canada. To make a long story short I'm looking for some decent critique from all you like minded individuals.
I just opened an affiliate program but I'm kinda reluctant to launch it on all the big networks since I give 110% money back guarantee. What are your thoughts. I've done a fair bit of SEO but this is a very competitive niche in which you can only compete on long-tailed keywords etc..
I have about 2000 kits still in inventory and don't want to get rid of my business. I am selling about 10 kits a month right now which is very low. I would be open to suggestions or joint venture ideas. Anyways tell me what you think.

You know, the first thing I thought was, what is the difference between your stuff and the the stuff in Walgreens? They both say professional strength and whiten teeth. Great looking site though. However, I cannot see the difference between what you have got and the other stuff. Yours somehow, needs to convince me, that the stuff at walgreens is in someway inferior. Which should not be hard to do, because most people think everything causes or is linked to cancer, which is true. Differentiate your stuff!

Nice site. You might try to get rid of the fold though, there is a ton of useful information down there that statistically will not get looked at. Making that section into another page accessible from an INFO tab, or condensing that first section, and them making the 'intro - it's safe - how it works - contact' section thinner with the ability to scroll the messages would also fit it onto one page.
That top row also does nothing. Home - Order - Contact us and check out are all really superfluous sitting there at the top of your home page.
You might want to stay away from the left field advice about cancer. Unsubstantiated claims are easy to check on google, and making libelous statements about Wallgreens will get you on the zero hour work week faster than about anything.

You're absolutely right, my Chicago Gangster mentality bubbled up from nowhere.

You are using a .ca domain. DO you ship to Canada? Your website doesn't say at all where you ship and I think if you are a US-based business (or your customers are in the USA) then you should use a .net or .com domain (preferably .com)
A few things:
1) Your site is VERY light on content. Why not put a video presentation talking about the kits, what's in them, how they work, discuss how they compare to crest whitestrips, etc.
2) Get rid of the top nav bar. Put it at the bottom.
3) Do some basic on-page SEO work. Google it. Your title is "home page". How about "Teeth whitening kits" or something more SEO-relevant.
4) All the nav links at the bottom go nowhere but the homepage.
Bottom line ... you need to spend about 15 minutes on on-page SEO and then you need to spend several hours creating useful content. I recommend VIDEO.
