I have been looking for an overseas manufacturer for mens clothing and accessory products but have had no luck so far. So far, I have looked at websites such as worldwide brands and alibaba and contacted some suppliers.
Is there an online manufacturer that you use that you can recommend that supply mens clothing and accessories? I would love to know of the names of the manufacturers that you use and trust.
Any help is appreciated!

Help with what? You really aren't asking the right questions. Give us a link to your test site, product description, anything. There are literally thousands of suppliers out there, all looking for customers.

keroppi - join some apparel and accessory groups on linkedin.com. There are lots of suppliers looking for customers. However, keep in mind that lower costs of labor for overseas (Asia) production is only beneficial if you have fairly significant volume. If not, your shipping costs will eat up any labor savings you may have earned. As a start-up company, you may have better luck sourcing your production domestically.
By the way, have you designed the bags already? Apparel and accessory development is pretty complicated if you do not have product development experience. There are some suppliers who have design teams that can help you make the picture in your head into an actual product, but they will most likely not be willing to do so for the small quantities that a start-up company can project.
You can try to avoid this problem by using some of the tactics that Tim discussed in his book about hiding the fact that you are a start-up company. I represent an apparel factory in China, and I almost always avoid working with new brands. It is often a lot more work for far less money, so giving the appearance that you really have your shit together when you talk with these suppliers will go a long way.

www.globalsources.com is pretty good. Should be a little easier to navigate and more helpful than the other sites you've browsed.
I used to work for Global Sources in their US offices here in Arizona. They are not a manufacturer, but are merely a directory of manufacturers, like Ali Baba (in Asia) or The Thomas Directory (US) , if you've heard of either of them.
The folks who use these services are most often large retailers looking for OEM or mass-produced goods. For example, if you were the hardware buyer for Sears/KMart, you might use Global Sources to find a company to manufacture your Craftsman screwdrivers.

I can tell you when I was researching my idea.. and talking with several providers on Aliaba(sp?) that I could get 50-100 of one item for $2.00-$3.00 each (test run) however he shipping would have been $300 USD even on the slow boat.. making the item price i wanted to sell it at have to be at least $12-$15 for any decent profit with my time and all.
Its a great idea I think It would sell.. but just would like other people around the country to give it a hand too... it seems big in other countries and think it would take off in the US. Its really an item I think would sell more in person than online - but would after some exposure.

Hi there. I'm an Aussie/ex-New Yorker now living in Mumbai, India. I've established a # of manufacturing relationships here. Feel free to contact me if you need some help. I'm already helping a designer in Australia, designer in Spain and producing a (small test) line of women's clothing for the local market here myself. So I know the ins-and-outs.
