I love odesk but find it a bit restrictive in some ways. I have had postings canceled for not following thier rules but have had good success with it as well. At this stage I have a number of outsourcers with whom I have exchanged information but somehow never seem to connect with at a time convenient for me and without giving them call-back details I don't want them to have.

I need a call/email/forum msg routing service I think, that can manage all this communication and, ensure that projects are on track with people, and that those people can communicate back to me when needed.
