Who do you use? How much do they charge an hour? I've used Swathi and Brickwork. They charge by the project. I'm not very satisfied with this.

In my limited experience thus far with VA's I've found that it is pretty hit or miss in regards to finding quality.
My first VA (in US) charged $40-$50 per hour but was a pain in the ass. My current VA (in India) is absolutely awesome and charges $8.00 per hour.
I got lucky finding my current VA through elance. My first assistant I found through AssistU.com. This company trains VA's and also referrers VA's to professionals. AssistU is a good service, I fault myself for jumping in to quickly.

Hey Ashlee, I've had some experience with VA's as you can read in some of my previous posts. For a per hour arrangement, I would probably just use Elance or the like. For a full time VA that will run you $7-800ish per month, I can point you in the direction, shoot me a PM.
