Where to have my composition course professionally reviewed?

I can't remember what the book says about where to get your product professionally reviewed. I did a search but the search terms I used "professional music product reviews" only turns up people who review either instruments or electronic gear. My product is a music composition course as digital media.

Any suggestions?
