Hey Everyone,

How to Find Muse Ideas Fast

Intro
I know that a lot of people have trouble finding a niche to sell their product or idea to. I know that I had a rough time understanding what a Niche was, let a one trying to create a muse that I could sell to one.

This post explains one technique that you can use to find a untapped Niche for your muse.

One of the best ways to search for a niche and muse is by using Google.

Google can run simple search queries such as "Dog Tricks" that you are used to, or you can run very specific searches to get very specific results.

Many marketers promote their sites by writing articles on article directories. One of the most common is called "Ezine Articles" www.ezinearticles.com.

So what we are going to do, is search Google for really popular articles on Ezine Articles. If articles are popular, there is probably a very hungry market.

How to Do It

Go to Google and type in some Keywords of the Niche or Muse that you would like to start

such as Gourmet Cooking, or Martial Arts, or Make T-Shirts. After you have typed that in the search box add:

site:ezinearticles.com "This article has been viewed 2000..199999" "Article Submitted On: * *, 2009"

right next to it.

example:

grow tomatoes site:ezinearticles.com "This article has been viewed 5000..199999" "Article Submitted On: * *, 2009"

What this will do is search Ezine Articles site for all of the articles with your keywords that have been viewed more than 2000 times since Jan 1 2009. You can set the view count to whatever you would like, but 2000 is just an example. I like to use 5000 or more.

If you see a lot of articles, you can see what they are about and how you might be able to create a muse to support this market.

Also check out the links at the bottom of the article and see what people are linking to, they may be affiliate programs, or their own muses.

I didn't invent this tip, I learned it at WA University (http://www.my-linker.com/hop/4HWW). I wanted to share it here because its a neat way to see what people are reading and looking for...FAST.

I hope this helps you all do some muse research, and find a good market. If you have any questions, let me know! I'll do my best to help.

Another technique to finding muse ideas is to go to a bookstore and browse the magazine section. You would be surprised by all of the different niches that are out there.

When you find a niche that interests you, look at the ads, or the back of the magazine where businesses are listed. If you think you have found a winner, go to the library, and check the magazines back issues. If the ad is in many magazine issues, it is probably quite profitable.
