Maybe just try craigslist? There are a lot of bilingual professionals who may be willing to help.

Try translators - tr8 - in New York City.

I would guess in california it would be fairly easy to find someone fluent in spanish.

One problem you might run into is that alot of the spanish spoken in the US is slang, so making a formal business call to Mexico or Spain might bring up some problems.

That's true but it usually happens with U.S. born Spanish speakers. I'd prefer to hire a native Spanish language speaker from the US or abroad. A Mexican or Chilean Spanish speaker would be ideal because their accent is more pleasant and suitable for business (just my opinion).

I would just post a job listing under [ETC]?

I actually have a friend in Chicago who could probably help you if you want me to ask.

Hire a speaker from the country to which the call is being made. There are enough differences in vocabulary that it could make a difference....once when i was taking a government language exam interview, I used a word common in Mexico, but not in Argentina (where my examiner was from) or many other places in Latin America.
