Hey all,
I've read the book and come up with some info. product ideas. Before I get them out on the market, however, would it be a good idea to incorporate? Or would something like a LLC be better? It seems like a corporation would take alot of time/effort to keep all the receipts, prepare reports, etc...but a LLC would have you paying self employment tax.
Any ideas?
