I am realizing that 80% of life is about maintenance. Relationships, work, housework, and health. I have been eating well for a while now but it is difficult for me to stay on my work out plan for any significant length of time.

What do you guys do to stay healthy? I do a quarterly colon cleanse which helps me lose a few pounds and keeps me eating well. I dont go to the gym but I do calestenics.

Any tips on how to stay healthy?

I try not to buy the unhealthy stuff. If it is not in the house, I can't eat it.

I've found three things work with exercise:

1. It becomes part of your routine eg you cycle/walk a distance to work or other regular activity.

2. Making it a habit. Try to do it at the same time and regularly - when you don't have distractions. Early morning works for me.

3. Use it as a way of getting something else done. I have around 5 podcasts that I catch up on while I'm out running.
