Anyone know of reliable places to find systems/network folks for outsourcing? I have the opportunity to snag an early client that wants between 8-12 hours of my time each week. About 3 hours will be on site (and this will be divided between me and my business partner), and I will throw in about an hour for travel time, etc. Anyhow, we are going to be maintaining servers and applications for them. A big part of it is monitoring. There are certainly tools that will tell us if systems are available, disk space, memory and CPU usage, etc., but I want to find someone (or people) that can build some reports on that data, evaluate log files, take very basic actions, and deliver necessary information to me.

We will be spending the three hours a week meeting with the client, getting visual diagnostics of the systems, and performing any required on site work. The other time will be spent performing work remotely, devising advisement for upgrades, and evaluating reports, etc.

So, I need someone that can be comfortable logging into systems, looking at things like the "Event Viewer" and performing basic tasks, like cleaning up temp files, kicking off Windows Updates, and reporting trends and metrics. I would imagine this would be 1-2 hours of work each week, max. Any places like that?

I haven't had any success with them for what I need. They are more for programmers, but I need someone semi-competent with systems. Someone a little sharper than your typical foreign outsourced tech support, but not much.
