Book and DVD Distributor

Does anyone know who Tim used to manufacture his Px Method CD and book package? I have an instructional guitar concept that consists of 3 instructional DVDs and an accompanying instructional book. I do not want to contract out the DVD production to one company and the book production to another company and try to put them together. I am looking for one company to do it all. Any information or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi, I have a slightly unrelated question but still about instruction DVDs.

I am currently producing one. I have done a market test and have received a large number of orders already. My question is about importing and exporting tax. Do I need to add this on and where can I find information about how much I need to add for each country. I am based in Europe but the DVD will be sold to Australia, America, Canada, New Zealand and elsewhere in Europe. Any help will be most appreciated!
