Hi All
Take a look at the test site for my latest muse.
I still have a few formatting probs to fix and a bit of content to add.
I have two questions of you:
1. Can you identify what my muse is? If you can't then thats great!
2. What do you like most and least about my muse site????

I'm assuming your excluding an actual URL is going to be part of a clever lesson, yes? :D

Uh, I can not tell what your muse is. Yeehah, Success!
I also do not want to read any of it, is that a problem? : )

Agreed. Matthew, I won't deny you're helpful in many of your posts, but every time I see you push out Squidoo links or sites like the above, it's quite confusing. Seems it's all just leading into the typical get-rich-without-doing-much-of-anything funnel. Those types of "muses" come across as terribly time consuming and don't seem in-line with what we're normally discussing on the board.
Interested in your response, you certainly know more about your particular approach than we can from the outside.
The only thing I can grasp is that you're trying to get a mail list, which I guess can be monetized in a number of ways once it's big enough. But it doesn't seem to be much of an automated income?

Hi dvd
Yep my muse in this site is just plain old information.
Ive got many sites going and information is a very very hot selling, easy to automate, digitally delivered product. Especially if you do the research to see what people are after.
A simple little site like this will easily make $200 - $400 per month form its sales within about 3 months of launch with virtually no promotion. Add a bit of PPC and a few ezine articles and you can double that easy.
Suss out what questions come up over and over and over then produce a site with some affiliate ebooks and or your own ebooks to answer their questions and bang- you have a profitable muse.
This can be done in any almost any niche area.. In fact the "make money" niche is probably the most competitive and hardest to turn a profit, but I love that niche and have a passion for it.
I threw it in here because there are so many people desperately trying to come up with ideas for a muse and I wanted to show you how simply it can be done........
Follow these few steps and you will have a great little passive income machine
1. Find something you are passionate about
2. Find some forums or groups on that topic and see what questions come up repeatedly
3. Find some affiliate products you can provide as a solution or write your own.
4. 2 options here
(a) desing a web site with articles to attract search engines and then funnel towards your affiliate products or opt-in page
(b) use PPC and or article directories and funnel to a squeeze or landing page
5. Automate the sale process with Paypal and aweber or getresponse
Now you have a terrific little passive income machine with about three days work.
Replicate and Repeat this in the same niche to provide solutions to about 5 of the main problems that can be solved with information and you have yourself some serious passive income.
Anyway that's my slant on helping people struggling to find a muse.
I hope some people find this useful.

Hey, glad I went and read this thread. While I have my own muse at the moment I was thinking along the exact same lines! Nice to see someone vocalising/doing them.
My whole plan was;
1. Find a simple muse
2. Make it as profitable as possible in as little time as possible.
3. Repeat
I think an information product is the best way of achieving this and I'm chuffed that someone has given people the tools in such a simple way to hlep those strugglers out there.
Well done!

Glad to Help
I have an absolute ton of information im going to add in coming months including hundreds of Free articles, free ebooks and very low cost products..
Im still negotiating with a few athours as its tooo big a task for me individually and if I outsource the quality would drop.
All the best Matt.
Sticky - this site is far bigger then needed if your going to rinse and repeat. Something about 1/3rd the size will make profit if its set up correctly.

Just to give you a quick idea how fast a muse can be created :
Today in another forum a poster put a challenge out for someone to create a muse on what he thought was a good niche.
He Published This
"
Here's a small niche that has yet been unexploited. Although Adsense clicks run up to $2, search engine competition is low and should be easy to get on the front page. What makes this even more attractive is that the Commercial Intent Indicator is in the 90%+ for most of these keywords.
searchterm search soc
senseo coffee pods 6600 33.00
senseo coffee machine 1000 33.00
senseo coffee makers 1900 7.00
senseo special edition 590 3.00
phillips senseo coffee maker 210 7.00
philips senseo coffee maker 320 10.00
senseo coffee machines 480 1.00
senseo deal 1600 1.00
senseo deals 1600 2.00
senseo cafe choco 260 12.00
At 15,000 search per month for the above keywords someone could easily monetize this traffic with ebay and amazon.
If you decide to build a site around this niche I'd like to know how you make out.
"
I offered to take up his challenge and
I jumped on www.squidoo.com (http://www.squidoo.com/lensmaster/referral/MatthewConnors) and within half an hour during my lunch break I created a squidoo page
http://www.squidoo.com/senseoexpert
Threw together a PPC campaign and have just 6 hours later have already made money from it.
Im bidding on 74 keywords and its now almost fully automated. Just need to monitor the keywords and tweak them a bit. Then drive some free traffic and its fully automated.. This will make money for some time and all i will need to do is update the page when a new model comes out...
Its that easy ..................
Hope this motivates a few others ot go find their own niches and go for it.
Just get out hier and have a go . You will learn soooooooooo much on your first few attempts, so just go do it, there is no better or faster way to learn...

Grey text is hard for me to read especially if it's not a larger font and still wouldn't be as easy for me as black even if a smaller font.

Hello everyone,
I read 4HWW about four months ago and just started reading this forum. I'm all new to the whole making money on the internet thing. So I'm going through the archives trying to figure some things out.
Matthew,
How precisely do you want to make money with this? Do you get paid if someone buys from Amazon or Ebay through your site or are you relying on the google ads at the bottom of the page?
Did you end up doing anything with this? Did you use PPC ads?
Were you successful?
This seems like such a simple idea that I'm very curious if it can really work.
Thanks a lot for any help

I can't believe anyone would click anything on that site. It looks like a total mess.
