Does anyone out there know of a good Wordpress widget that would let me display my own videos?

My muse will require self-hosting of the videos and YouTube is not an option.

Well you have to have a video platform before you get a plugin. Flash?

JW FLV Media Player (http://www.longtailvideo.com/players/jw-flv-player/). This is all you'll need, and what everyone's using.
