Hey there guys, new to the forum, didn't read the book but listened to the audio version which is great. It does a great job of breaking a lot of the mental models people may have. I have the desire to develop weekend/3 day workshops that focus on personal development, communication/social skills, and setting up a safe environment for individuals to practice these skills. Does anyone here have any experience in the process of setting up a workshop, is there any advice on marketing it and getting the word out? I've read some great stuff on here and i'm looking forward to hearing the replies from this community.

Welcome to the forum.

I think there is no real difference in developing a workshop compared to any other product.

So If you do not yet have experience in product development, try to grasp a method. I prefer the folowing:

Use freemind or another mindmap system and jot down all the ideas that come to mind. The mindmap allows structuring all the thoughts that start to come after putting down an idea and brings you a treelike structure that gives great overview.
