Would it also be avaliable to bump PM space from 50 to say 250. It probably won't cost you anything since pm's typically don't use too much HD space.

With so many businesses downsizing right now, it's also a good idea to contact local startups or small businesses to see if they have additional space to rent out (for cheap). I have a few friends who rent out extra space in their offices by the day for co-workers and make a little extra money to help pay their leases.

Also, don't discount the social aspect of having others around. I work from home a lot and I love it, but you gotta be self-motivated with no one else around.

Shared WiFi, printer/fax machine and coffee maker also help:)
