Which Delivery Serive is Best?

I'm still trying to decide which site is going to be best for taking my orders and delivering my product. It has a Course book, quick start guide and bonus pamphlet. Each one will be duplicated on audio CDs. Although they're supposed to be purchased all together, I have no intention of packing them myself by hand. I'll just say some info contained on the CDs is not in the book and some info in the book is not in the CDs to encourage people to buy them all. Which service do you think is best for me?

Is there a reason you aren't going the all-digital delivery route? That avoids the cost/time altogether and it sounds like your product is well-suited for digital delivery. Thoughts?
