Product uses other product

My product is relatively easy to manufacture, so I plan on making one myself, then seeing if it sells on ebay. Unfortunately it has a store-bought brand-name product within it. Would it be legal to sell such a product for profit?

Hmmm, on ebay I don't see why not, but on a large scale maybe a problem...once outsourced can it be made "from scratch"? Can you give a little more detail?

Thanks for the response. Wondering this myself. I am guessing yes, or at least something similar to it. The product that I speak of is a waterproof crib pad.
