I've always been fascinated by doing the unusual in social situations. Perhaps I am somewhat of an attention whore, but it's just fun to do the unexpected and get a good reaction. I actually layed down in the middle of a busy bar area a couple days before I even read this very same comfort challenge in 4WW. My favorite types of things to do are jackass-type things.

A couple weeks ago I wore this santa suit around a local track and pretended to have people be my reindeer and would start running behind them at a constant rate yelling "On dancer, on prancer etc.." I then wore the suit out again later that night to the bars and got lots of love from everyone.

Heres one that I just thought might be funny

- I have no idea how to roller skate, so I think I'd be funny just roller skating around a college campus falling continuously and seeing if anyone would help me out and especially so while I was trying to sit down at a desk..

So, let me know if you have any ideas. I might even video tape some if they are good and give you a trip report. So whatever it is- a corny pick up line, customer service questions, telling people exactly how ugly you think their new wallet is... I'll do it within reason. Who knows..this might even be a decent muse idea.

You want us to give you ideas so you can feed your habit?

Am I alone in thinking this forum is going down the drain?

Sorry you felt this way and I don't appreciate such a short response without any attempt at resolving anything. I was simply trying to encourage people to see what the outcomes of the comfort challenge could be if they did not have the gall to do it themselves. Me posting this is a comfort challenge in itself. Belittling new members is also an easy way to make this forum go down the drain.

And for the rest of you who want to experiment at my expense go right ahead!

I think there is a difference between a comfort challenge and being a jackass.

The point of a comfort challenge is to confront your assumptions about people's reactions. It's all about looking at what is holding you back and why. I have to agree with specmurt, it's not about being a jackass.

Certain people here have a record of being frustrated 4HWWers and they try to put down people with legitimate questions and ideas like yours.

Please don't listen to these people as they never contribute with anything useful to this forum.

I also do not appreciate their comments and this is one of the reasons I don't find this forum as useful as I used to. If the forum is going down the drain, it's only because of them.

I urge the mods to do something to prevent frustrated forum members from posting rude unnecessary replies.

I think you can watch You Tube and get plenty of ideas.
