Hey everyone!

A similar topic is being discussed here:

http://fourhourworkweek.com/vBulletin/showthread.php?t=257

But I didn't want to hijack the topic so I thought I'd start a new one.

My question:

I'm developing a product that will require disclaimers and other legal mumbo jumbo like an end user license agreement. I basically want to protect myself against anyone who would somehow use my product irresponsibly and then try and pin the blame back on me.

Would services like pre paid legal help with this?

Or does anyone have any recommendations for how I could get these disclaimers/end-user-license-agreements/etc. developed?

Thanks for your help, cause this is an area I am not familiar with, and being confused about the law is a slightly uncomfortable feeling!

go find a similar product offered by a company large enough to have paid legal staff and use what they have, just change the names to yours. I don't think they're copywritten and you can print them all out.
