I read Tim's book a while ago and ever since have been wondering how can I apply his techniques (outsourcing/management by absence) to the business my parents have in Spain. They run a translation agency and do absolutely everything themselves - taking calls at all hours, meeting with the clients to pick up and deliver documents, billing, accounting, EVERYTHING! When I suggested that they at least hire a secretary, they talk about their professional trade secrets. Some of their clients don't know how to use the internet (yes, I know!) and anyone who ever lived in Spain knows that the postal service is terrible, hence the need for in-person meetings. Outsourcing seems easy when you speak English, but where do you find an Indian assistant that speaks Spanish? Anyways, I would love to help them simplify the process, but don't know even where to start.......Any ideas will be welcomed!:)

Encontrar asistentes en España es difícil, pero en BrickWork tienen de todo. Si sabes inglés, úsalo y encuentra a un AV que te ayude y sepa español. Y si no... pues ajo y agua.
