I have a 'draft' version of my site online, it is functional with a Paypal shopping cart but not finished (I'll be adding testimonials, a digital download instead of a CD that ships, more photos of camera men on film sets, a FAQ page as questions come in, and will have the price on a separate page). It's not finished but would appreciate any comments on the sales copy, it was a combination of my sales text and sales copy from an ok sales writer. If I have a separate page with the price, should I remove the paragraph of sales copy that mentions the price?
(You can have all this for only $67! This is an unbeatable price and is only available for a limited time. Due to growing demand in the industry for this information we will only be able to keep this price this low for a limited time. )

Also with audio downloads and information products I have heard prices that end in a 7 work better than other digits, should I waive the shipping fee so that it still ends in 7? It's a $67 price and then with the shipping it comes to 70.95.

My site is http://www.hdcameracom parisonguide.com/
(Please remove the space, it is one link, I didn't want prospective customers to find this in a google search)

Thanks 4HWW

The unformatted copy is of course disorienting, it may work better once your web designer is finished with the site. But two criticisms:

(1) The initial paragraph is strong, but it's ambiguous as to the purpose of the guide. It gives the impression that it might contain information on use, and the fact that this is basically a shopping guide may feel like a bit of a let down.

(2) You have to think about how you're justifying the price tag. I know nothing about cameras, and maybe you can assume that your target audience will know these things, but I assume we're talking about very exensive cameras, ones that cost thousands of dollars, yes? If so, I'd emphasize this, something like "Before you spend blah blah blah... Secrets for getting the capabilities you need without overspending."

You have only one item to sell. Why do you use PayPal shopping cart? It is one extra step for you customer.

Thanks this is fantastic advice, I appreciate it!

Yes they are expensive cameras, thanks that's a good point to justify the price.

I probably will switch it to Payloadz.

Thanks for the feedback.
