Hi All,
I'm curious as to what people think of the various outsourcing websites. I've used Elance and Scriptlance for some small graphic design and data mining projects...and it has worked very well. I have also heard good things about ODesk and Rentacoder.

My guess is that the biggest factor influencing a project's success is not the site you use, but rather, how you go about providing instructions and setting structure. With that being said, are there any basic differences between the sites in terms of cost, specialty of providers, number of providers, or administrative functions? When looking at ODesk it seemed like they had some features that the other sites didn't (e.g. displays results of how the provider performed on certification exams, has software to "track" hours spent on a project)...but I'm a little reluctant to move away from Elance/Scriptlance. What are some of the differences that you have experienced?? Any thoughts you have would be much appreciated.
