I have seen at least one other post from you about Spanish resources, while I have nothing productive to add to the question you asked, I do think that it is a very untapped market.

Tim's book has been translated into many many languages, while really only being useful to a select few countries. Taking Tim's blog ideas, book ideas, and running a 4HWW site in another language might be a very viable muse idea for you. Heck, Tim outsourced his translation, he might even sign off on a deal like that.

It must be easier than beating yourself up trying to find non-existent resources.
