craigslist, elance, you could easily get it done for well under $1000 there and if you want a wordpress or joomla based site you could with a bit of searching even find someone to do the setup for free if you use their chosen hosting provider.

I also change the fonts on web sites in my browser, so my PC pretty much ignores your settings. That is not an area you want to get too creative with, because there is no end, and if you ever choose a fond that is not completely frequently used, your site will revert to some default that Microsoft (Mozilla or Google) chose for you.

You have many many other fish to fry before you should be fiddling with fonts.
