outsourcing business contacts -> spreadsheet

i need to find a VA that will read through 200 pages of pdf (pdf version of a publication), and find all the companies that are advertising within it, and create a spreadsheet with the following

1) company name, phone number

its a really easy job, so im hoping i dont have to pay much, where can i start looking? looks like elance or getfriday are the go for cheap labour

Get ahold of Feumont. He posts on the board and has bulk rate contracts with VA that he can let you use to outsource your work to.
