New Caledonia Details Wanted

I am looking for details about the trip from France to New Caledonia. There is plenty out there about sailing while in New Cal but nothing about the journey that Julie and her family took. I want to take my family on a similar, if not same, trip in three years.

Any help or direction is greatly appreciated.
