Quick question-inquiry... since I do not want to get sued.
Assuming I create a demo, and I use materials/supplies... that have name brands or are private label items--can I get sued for using them in my demo without permission? Will I have to have them in seperate "non-labeled" containers and just be vague as to what I'm using???
I mean, I'll probably have to have a supplies list as to where to purchase product.
Will I have to call up the companies and ask for permission or give them a piece of the pie?
