Hello there - I am currently looking for a flat in either Vilnius or Riga.
If you help me finding the apartment, I may welcome you to stay at my place at least for one week*. Sounds a good deal?
The apartment has to:
- have broadband Internet
- be walking distance from life (supermarket, nightclubs, city center)
- have free parking place
- be fully equipped (including nice kitchen as I love to cook)
- be less than 750 €/month
- be nice looking or at least normal (i.e. no weird orange wallpapers from the 70s - not joking, I found lots of these)
- from 10 December 2008 to 10 January 2009 at least (with possibility of extension till 09 February 2009)
If you do find a GREAT deal in these parameters, I will pay you 20% commission on the first month rent. You can trust me, I will be clear and honest when your recommendation is indeed a great deal. Actually I do want you to succeed. :)
In case the place is just ok, I will pay at least €100 for you via Paypal or international transfer (in this case I will discount the commission from the bank or wiring institution). Payment to be done once I am in the apartment.
* condition is that you are a clean and nice person (I know you are!), no smoking of any sort in the apartment and all the normal flatmate arrangements. Having a couchsurfing or hospitalityclub profile with references will make things easier to sort out.
