Rofl... this was a real funny read. Not because of what you said but because somehow the voice in my head reading your stuff sounded like a broken pc-speaker from the 90's.

Anyway.
a) Adwords is sufficient for getting started. Sometimes you'll come up with intersting additions later on, but google's database is by far the largest when it comes to searches and hard data (though still very inaccurate sometimes).

b) The Title of your product isn't really relevant, what's relevant is what's in the title-tag of the landing page and the content of the page itself. To a degree, it makes advertising via adwords easier if your keyword happens to be part of your url. It allows you to refrain from needing to use a subdomain/page for "keyword stuffing" when outlining your display-url.

c) It's generally far more advisable to start with more related terms to your product. You ask some rather superficial questions that you know cannot be answered in this regard - nobody can predict the future, so we have no idea how you will perform in this regard as this is different for pretty much any market. And besides, you didn't even tell us your pricing, let allone googles expected cpc for the terms, so any attempt to do even most basic calculations is made impossible right from the bat.

As a rule of thumb:
People looking for free stuff hardly ever convert, especially if your product and their search term are barely related to each other, and can thus cost a ton of money. That is, unless you know how to craft ads that actually keep Info-Seekers out and only appeal to buyers.

It's also really difficult these days to craft good-performing ads when the landing page and the keyword aren't really that related to each other. Which means, the further away your ad/the keyword you're advertising on from the actual product, the more google will kick you in the face with high cpcs to get into the first 5 ad positions.

There a thread I made about doing pretty well in adwords with some strategies that should help you getting started, if you haven't read it, you'll find it here (http://fourhourworkweek.com/vBulletin/showthread.php?t=2092).

Cheers,
and kudos to actually finishing this product!

FFS a new keyboard is only a few dollars, get of your butt and buy one.

Aside from the obvious points, the fact that you can't take the initiative to go out and get a new one speaks volumes for your future success.

post script: I might seem like I am coming down hard, but really. If you want advice, then wake up and smell the coffee. There are some things that are below the threshold, because if you didn't have enough time in the past 2 weeks to go out and buy a new keyboard...**stop now before sounding like a broken record**

It's another column you can enable under "customize columns". And aside from that, seriously, what kamakiri said - get a new keyboard!
It was funny the first time, but not anymore.

I nearly delete this thread every time I see that post. It makes me think of spam. I know it's not but it's a knee jerk reaction. Key boards are cheap. If you are really strapped you can get one from goodwill for a $1.

CustomizeColumnsUnderWhat?GoogleAdwords?

Yeah, "customize columns" is an option within both the google adwords keyword-tool (https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal) and in the webinterface of every adgroup you created. Just click on your campaign name and then your adgroup name, "customize Columns" should be last term in the row of blue terms (right above the buttons "Pause" "unpause" and so on).

Thank you for your kind response. This message is from an internet cafe but it may still be necessary to use my spacebarless computer at some point in the future. So don't start jumping for joy just yet.
