Who's with me? Burning Man was incredible. It has been a driving force for action since I got back. Radikal Self Reliance.
The Kiwiburn is in February 2009. I am going. Are U?
I'm surprised the Chinese haven't knocked off Burningman yet, but it would still cost as much to attend. ;)
Kiwiburn...that's just comedy right there....

China is not known for huge parties and festivals of personal expression. They are racing like mad to catch up, but it will be a few years before they can even think about the possibilities. The last time over 20,000 liberals got together for a week was Tienanmen Square.
That aside, we do have out version of Burning Man over here in Asia. It is in the form of the Thailand Full Moon Party (http://fullmoonparty-thailand.com/). That is on the list for some time in 2009 as well.
Burning Man, and by extension, Kiwiburn, takes some time to prepare, so I will not be hitting any Full Moon parties until later in the year.
It will be very nice to take a vacation to summer in Feb.

Full Moon Party is just partying on a beach with Europeans. Why come to Thailand for that?
By the way...just saw your GameBrain site yesterday. Top notch.
