Have Muse Now What?

I have an idea for my muse but I'm not sure it's possible to completely automate. I need to find someone who can create a CD-Rom based on a short book but I want everything printed on demand and shipped from there. Does anyone know of a good company who does this? Also, is it possible to outsource some of the book, creation of the CD and order fullfillment without spending too much money up-front?

Cafepress.com or Lulu.com will do this once you have your content ready. Basically they take payment and will reproduce on demand your CD and ship it out.

Although it costs nothing upfront to use these services there are probably places offering much better deals for bulk production.
