I thought you guys might know (phone book)

Hey i thought you guys might know something about phone book advertising. I have a Dan Kennedy audio CD around here somewhere that says about how to properly market in the phone book so I wanted to try it out but I can't find the CD. I thought maybe one of you guys would know what the tips were.

They were something along the line of being written like a copy writing ad. Thanks any help would rock!!

People still use phonebooks? I don't think I've opened one in 6 years.

That's what I was thinking.

Unless your target market is 60+ years old, I don't think I'd bother with doing anything in the phone book.

They deliver the thing to my door every few months and I promptly place it in the recycling bin. By the time they print it and deliver it to me, it's out of date.

AND don't be fooled with the "virtual" yellow pages either. Yup, The Yellow Pages went virtual. I still don't use either of them.:rolleyes:
