In the late 60s and early 70s I drew a couple hundred mandalas with magic markers on typing paper, and wrote and performed hundreds of songs. In 1985 I created some graphics on a Commodore 64 computer with Koala Pad and C-64 BASIC.
In 1995 while volunteering at a county public access TV station I converted the C-64 graphics from 1985 to videos and they were aired on the channel.
In 1996 I bought the domain www.savageheart.com and started my website, posting my poems, other writings, photos, drawings, and music.
Between 1998 and 2001 I converted recordings I had made of my music in the 70s to CDs and offered them for sale on mp3.com.
In 2006 I posted 129 of the recordings of my songs to GarageBand.com. In 2007 I posted the videos from 1995 on my website and on YouTube and began scanning the drawings from the 60s and 70s and put them on 80 products for sale at CafePress.com.
I now have 9 videos on YouTube, 129 songs on GarageBand, a large website with my writings, paintings, poetry, songs, and videos, and 80 products for sale on CafePress with my designs and photos on them. I continue to scan more drawings from the 60s and 70s and put them on products at CafePress, perform music, pursue recording opportunities, create new videos, photos, and music. I have a large backlog of my writings, music, photos, and artwork from the past 50 years to post on the web.
Because there are only limited quantities of my CDs that were on the previous incarnation of mp3.com available (about 25 of each), I am offering them for sale at $1,000 each.
I invite you to explore and enjoy the Sense and Nonsense of David Savage at www.savageheart.com. :D :) ;)
