lolpie,
I gotta respect you for doing your thing, and actually making steps forward.
That being said, I really think that the default blogspot template and having it be hosted on blogger.com is holding you back no matter what you write.
If you want to gain credibility in the Forex markets eyes then you'll probably have to invest in a more "professional" or even custom blog design and you'll want your own domain as well.
That's my quick 2 cents.
Good luck to ya!

I was seriously considering going into forex myself and also read the babypips school but then decided against it thinking it would take too much of my time for such a high risk. I am definitely interested in knowing what your system is and how you can maximize profit in forex yet still have spare time to enjoy the money.
I think you're onto something here(provided the future content is interesting and helpful) but the above poster is right, if you want to be taken seriously you need to look more professional. Definitely get your own domain and a pro looking site.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I'll definitely look into a custom domain and site design if/once everything takes off

You're right on your points here. Yes it does take A LOT of studying and patience and especially perseverance to succeed in the forex market, but once you have a system, goal, and plan it's a pretty easy ride. My system is very high risk (I risk about 17% per trade haha), and the recommended risk is 2-5%! About my system, I basically took the best parts from 2-3 systems and combined them into one - I also only trade for about 5 mins a day...basically open a few trades at 8pm then check again at 8pm tomorrow which leaves plenty of time to enjoy the $$
I had a forex thread on this forum a few months back but that failed. I'm gonna try out my system for a few months and if it's good enough I might release it to this forum :D (expect around December if everything goes well)

Doesn't holding your position for a 24 hour period cost too much? Isn't it wiser to get in and out in the same trading day?

1) It's a lot less stressful because you know that the graph will get updated in 24hrs so you don't have to look at graphs for half the day
2) The longer timeframe allows for bigger profits (as well as losses :))
3) It fits my trading style/personality. I'm willing to wait a few days if it means I'll make 2-5x more than if I had traded on a shorter timeframe

What's your win to loss ratio when working with those sorts of time frames?
