I heard about those seminars as well.

I kind of disagree with the no footers aspect of this BBS though. I wish everyone had a footer listing their web properties, stores, blogs... There should be no hard sales of course, but it really would be beneficial to me to see what others are doing. I have no interest in copying people, but if someone has a good idea, no reason to sit on it.

I would hope that all the links aren't as cheesy as IJ's. but going through the process of getting sold something is actually a very good training tool to sell to others.
