In your bonus chapter you mentioned licensing being a low return investment, yet low cost

When you franchised your gym, before the Thai mafia shut it down, was franchising more profitable?

I know of a popular method of fitness, Cross Fit, they have "affilliates" and they pay $ 1 k per year to be a Cross Fit affilliate.

They have a monstrous following, any other thoughts or insights you can give into this area regarding fitness / gyms would kick ass,

I'm actually going down to do the cross fit certification in September in Florida. Not so much for another revenue stream but more to go to florida, workout and write it off to the biz!

If your primary business is fitness and you love it then another couple of letters after your name can never hurt...especially if you get to go on a trip to do it!
