Yes, I have built a site using it. What is more valuable than the sitebuilder itself (and the support tools for keyword research are worth the fee themselves) is the advice and support you get with the package. I am passionate about SBI - I think it's the best product on the web. Absolutely astonishing value. And there's a thread in the SBI forums at the moment promoting 4HWW too - which is how I ended up here! :)
