Germany Spaeking VA from India

Hello,

I am an American living in Germany. In order to outsource many of my tasks I need a German speaking VA. I could find one here but I like the idea of having them work while I am sleeping to get the most out of 24 hours plus the german ones are expensive. Can anyone help me out or should I sign up for Elance let them find 200 such people and start my own company... ;-)

I think it is more likely that you find one in eastern Europe. I've seen companies on tv that even have their staff trained in Dutch and were realy doing well. Don't know any names though.
