Does anyone know of any "job" that is completely mobile that doesn't involve entrepreneurship?
I have a muse in the works but I would love to start getting some income while developing it. I just finished my first year at Case Western Reserve and I just don't think that college is for me. I am going to attend at least one more semester to decide for sure but need at least a job for the summer and fall.
I'm not talking about any "get rich quick work at home" schemes but something of a at-home with low experience job.
If it doesn't involve entrepreneurship, I'm affraid it's a job... Truck driving? delivering mail? Ah, journalist?

Without any real hard "skills" a work at home job will be difficult to come by. If you do have some sort of skill at something, post it to craigslist or elance and see what offers you get.

Ya thanks. I figured it was a longshot I was really just trying to have something to do until I get my muse going.

You might consider a menial job that allows you to use a computer. That may you can write and work on your muse while earning a little money. There are "babysitting" jobs out there like security guard or "computer systems monitor" that basically just need someone's butt in a chair and don't require you to do much.
Most people would take that job and either talk on the phone or play games the whole time. But you will be creating revenue streams for yourself!

Really they have that? That would be perfect. Do you know of exactly what company would need that? If you don't I can find it. I have GREAT computer skills too.
EDIT ok I see you meant actualy jobs that allow computer access. I was thinking of a remote job. Mainly because I will be switching locations in august and am not sure if my muse will be going by then. My funding is still a little under necessary

Don't worry about the switching locations thing. Work a job for x months and then find another one once you move. You will already have a good track record from the first job, so the second should be easy to find.
Well if you are in college, likely there are computer rooms or libraries that need someone around to keep an eye on things and help as needed.
That sounds like a great opportunity to work on your muse, stay in school, and get paid. And who knows, you might meet some cute co-ed as well;')

Yeah like I said I am at least doing one more semester. Mainly because I'm on probation there until December (long story don't ask.) So my target is to get my muse up and running with a TMI of at least $1200 by January 7th so I can take a semester off and take a mini-retirement from school.
Actually last night I came up with a complimentary product for my current muse. Only problem is I won't have any money for advertising. I'm thinking about putting up ebay ads and cancelling them last minute to gauge peoples buying price. I know it's wanted because I've posted on it's niche forums and I have had lots of expressed interest.

I'd drive the Mystery Machine around for next to nothing... : )
Suggestion: STAY IN SCHOOL - if the $ is available, get a few more years under your belt, THEN go out in the world --- Case is an excellent school; Cleveland, no so hot (IMO)...but - - - use the resources, connections (alumni), etc... to further your desired path.
