What guarantees do you guys provide with your muses? I know Tim covers a Lose-Win guarantee in the book. Just wondering what variations you guys have used/worked with, and also, if you have any stats on refund rates so far...
I know I'll probably provide the 60 day return with money & shipping refund...
Your thoughts?

When Tim wrote that the longer the guarantee the more likely they'll forget it about it struck a chord with me. I've bought software with a year guarantee and I have forgotten about it so I know it works on me at least. :D
So I'll be offering an "Unconditional 90 Day Money Back Guarantee" stands out vs. the 30 and 60 days guarantees and it's long enough to trigger the memory lapse effect Tim wrote about.

With my muse I will be offering two guarantees. I will be selling information for my industry. First guarantee will be if any part of the information for a particular lead is invalid it will be automically replaced with another at no cost. Then I will have a 60 day 100% guarantee. If they cannot generate any business or not satisfied witht he amount of business generated from my information they will get an additional month of marketing free. ie they spend $1,000 for a month they get $1,000 of free marketing the next month.

Wow! That 2nd part, with the 1,000 free marketing the next month... are you just sure in your product or in people's forgetting memories on guarantee dates? Sounds great though.

Well I am pretty confident in my marketing and the service I will provide. The only catch is if you are NOT satisfied and you get the refund, you cannot purchase from me again. This will eliminate almost anyone that says hey let me get a free month of market, then come back and pay again.

And also keep in mind, $1,000 is what I charge them not really what it costs me.

Jay Abraham focuses on the 'Risk Reversal'...you can learn about this online from a google search or from his book 'Getting Everything Out of All You Got'. The idea is to shift the risk from the consumer to you.
Why not try putting yourself in your client's shoes and asking 'What would be better than average guarantee?' Other ideas might be to write out a list of atleast 20 types of guarantees and in creating the list, see what combinations you create to generate a unique offer?
Good Luck!
