VA Contract

Does anybody have a good contract for virtual assistants? I'm currently interviewing various individuals and companies, and I'd like to have a contract for the my assistant to sign once we agree upon terms.

Try the Elance website. They have some really nice sample contract. You can also search for a VA there. I've found a couple that I'm working with right now that are great!
